• Submit your vehicle for an appraisal; we confirm condition, options, mileage, and title.
• Final offer is set after on-site verification; participation is optional-no obligation to sell.
• For vehicles with liens, we pay the lienholder directly; you receive any positive equity.
• Same-day payment available on qualified deals, subject to ID, documents, and bank cut-off times.

1) Eligibility

• Sellers must be 18+ (or authorized business reps) and present valid government ID.
• Seller must be the titled owner or have documented authority (e.g., POA, corporate docs).
• Program availability is at our discretion and void where prohibited.

2) Appraisals & Verification

• Online/phone appraisals are non-binding estimates based on your info; final value depends on physical inspection.
• Inspection may include test drive, scan for DTCs, photos, option verification, and review of service records/Carfax/AutoCheck.
• Offer may change if verified condition/history differs. Unless stated otherwise, offers are valid 7 calendar days or 300 miles, whichever occurs first.

3) Vehicle Condition & Disclosures

• Disclose known issues: accidents, structural/flood/fire damage, airbag deployments, odometer changes, branded titles, and open recalls.
• Clean or rebuilt titles are generally eligible; salvage/parts-only units are reviewed case-by-case and may require towing.
• Vehicle must be free of theft record and undisclosed third-party claims or immobilizers/GPS with active disablement.
• Provide all keys/fobs, wheel locks, chargers (EVs), and included accessories at delivery.

4) Title, Liens & Payoffs

• Provide a negotiable title (or valid POA) and sign required DMV documents.
• We request a current written payoff and pay the lienholder directly. Negative equity must be paid by the Seller with certified funds.
• Out-of-state, estate, divorce, or company titles may require extra documentation/time.

5) Payment

• Payment by company check or electronic transfer, after paperwork, ID, and title verification.
• Same-day funding typically available; bank cut-offs, lien verification, or added documents can delay funding.
• If lien payoff exceeds our offer, you must pay the difference before we issue payment.

6) Delivery, Pickup & Risk of Loss

• Bring the vehicle to our store unless we schedule a pickup (availability/fees provided upon request).
• Risk of loss remains with Seller until bill of sale is executed and we take possession.

7) Accuracy, Fraud & Right to Cancel

• We may rescind an offer or cancel a transaction for misrepresentation, undisclosed damage, title/lien irregularities, odometer issues, or suspected fraud.
• Our inspection results and third-party reports may be used to resolve discrepancies. Our decisions are final.

8) Taxes & Reporting

• Doc/title/reg fees may apply. We don't provide tax/legal advice; consult your advisor.
• Where required, we may collect a W-9 and report payments per applicable laws.

9) Communications & Privacy

• By requesting an appraisal, you consent to calls, texts, and emails about your vehicle and related offers (message/data rates may apply).
• Photos and basic vehicle data may be used to prepare appraisal and sale documents.

10) Program Changes

• The CASH-4-CARS™ program is promotional and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time.
• Changes don't affect transactions completed or offers accepted in writing before the change date.

11) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Except as required by law, the program is provided "as-is" without warranties.
• To the fullest extent permitted, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

12) Governing Law & Venue

• These Terms are governed by Illinois law.
• Venue lies in the state or federal courts of Lake County, Illinois. Small-claims actions may be brought as permitted.
