• Earn $200 cash for each qualified friend who buys a vehicle from Northwest Motors.
• Earn a $1,000 bonus for every 10 qualified referrals (10, 20, 30 ... etc.).
• Referrals must be new customers who mention you before purchase and complete a funded sale.
• Payments issued after the buyer's deal is finalized and any return/exchange period ends.

1) Eligibility

• Open to individuals 18 years or older with valid U.S. ID and taxpayer information (SSN / ITIN).
• Employees, contractors, and household members of Northwest Motors are not eligible.
• Program void where prohibited and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

2) How to Make a Referral

• Submit your friend's name, phone, and email through our referral form or email sales@nw-motors.com before their first contact with us.
• Your friend must identify you as the referrer at initial contact or during their first visit/test drive.
• Only one referrer per customer. The earliest valid record in our CRM takes precedence.

3) What Counts as a Qualified Referral

• The referred buyer is a new customer who has not purchased or inquired within the last 24 months.
• The buyer purchases and takes delivery of a vehicle from Northwest Motors and the deal is funded.
• The transaction remains valid beyond any return or exchange period (e.g., 3-day exchange policy).
• No chargebacks, cancellations, or fraud investigations within 15 days of delivery.

4) Rewards & Payment

• $200 per Qualified Referral paid by check or electronic transfer at our discretion.
• $1,000 bonus paid for every set of 10 Qualified Referrals (10, 20, 30 ...).
• Rewards issued within 10 business days after verification of the qualifying sale.
• We may request photo ID and signed acknowledgment before releasing payment.

5) Limits & Exclusions

• Fleet, wholesale, or dealer-to-dealer sales are excluded.
• Self-referrals or household referrals where both names appear on the same purchase contract do not qualify.
• Duplicate submissions for the same buyer are resolved in favor of the first recorded referral.
• Sponsor may cap monthly payouts or pause the program during inventory shortages or special promotions.

6) Taxes & Reporting

• Referral payments constitute taxable income. You may need to submit a W-9 form before payment.
• If your total annual rewards meet IRS thresholds, a Form 1099-NEC may be issued.

7) Verification & Fraud Prevention

• We reserve the right to verify any referral and to withhold or reclaim payments for inaccurate, duplicate, or fraudulent submissions.
• Participation may be revoked for misuse, manipulation, or conduct inconsistent with fair program use.

8) Privacy & Communications

• By submitting referrals, you consent to communications by call, text, or email related to the program. Message/data rates may apply.
• Your contact information will be used solely for administering rewards and compliance documentation.

9) Program Changes & Termination

• The Cash-4-Friends™ program is promotional and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time.
• Changes will not affect verified referrals already qualified before the effective date of change.

10) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Except as required by law, the program is provided "as is" with no express or implied warranties.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to participation.

11) Governing Law & Venue

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
• Venue lies in state or federal courts located in Lake County, Illinois.
